    Cod liver oil caps

    I’ve been taking these now for 12 months and I can honestly say I feel a difference in my joints but especially my Hair! I’m 60 with a full head of Hair I can’t believe it it’s strange I know but it’s true. So I will be buying more

    good for the joints!

    Not sure any scientific proof that cod liver oil is good for the joints, but my husband and I have been taking it for two years now, and are both of retirement age - we don't think we have got any worse! We both have arthritis, and do think that we move around a little easier! I would recommend it.
