The item arrived damaged because the face makeup got all broken up inside of the compact, however, the seller immediately refunded me upon notification, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to go through a long return process for a product that was fine upon shipping it but broke during shipping. Not my fault, and so i’d say the packaging could have better protected it but she made it right very fast. Awesome customer service.
