This item was advertised as having free postage. I selected and paid for next-day courier delivery at an additional cost of £9. The item arrived 8 days later by ordinary post. I have sent several messages over a period of weeks to the seller asking for the £9 to be refunded. They have not addressed the issue, admitted any fault, apologised or refunded my money. I will never use this seller again and do not recommend them.

You cannot trust this seller. The item received was not as descibed. Listing showed a genuine Valor thermocouple but I received a generic thermocuple that was 2x the length that it should have been. Ebay had to provide a refund
