Excellent ready reckoned for gi and gl content plus added info
Very comprehensive for U.K. foods which are also easy to look up. Also compact size which fits most pockets. It also indicates average portion size plus Kcal, Kj, fat g, sat fat g, protein g, carb g, and fibre g. against each item (only thing missing is salt content) Includes popular drinks in addition to foods and snacks. Don't really need anything else
