It's a battery. Not much to say. If you're comfortable with taking the netbook apart then it is a great deal. It took me about 15 minutes total to replace it.

NIce replacement for factory battery
Same dimensions as the factory battery, so it fits well in the tiny space available. One caution: the plug has a slightly different shape than the original and is about 1 mm longer, so it might look like it hasn't gone in the socket all the way. Just make sure to slide in as far as it can go and don't try to force it in further. The contacts are located and shaped the same.

CMOS battery FRU#02k6572
I purchased this item for an old IBM Thinkpad T21 because the original CMOS battery stopped working. I mounted it easily into the CMOS battery holder, inserted the battery connector into the mating connector and bolted the assembly down with the original screw. Thereafter, I turned on the laptop and adjusted the time and date in BIOS and everything worked fine. Check before you buy! The pictures seem to suggest you're getting a branded, high quality battery. However what I got was a no-name (definitely not Panasonic), and arrived empty. The connector came off the cable when I tried to remove it again from the board. Not even worth the few bucks it costs.
