Delivery lead time was exceptional. On the downside however, the carton was left out in the open for someone to steal, and there were signs of having been dropped. As per the attached photos, the box sustained damage on the corner. Internal packaging protected the contents, and the operation of the drive has not been adversely affected. Perhaps you could take this up with your carrier.
