    The seller was unable to send the order out due to no eBay access. Took multiple attempts to get through to seller. Thier selection of courier (Sendle) is dismal at best. No one has collected our package. and we are now 2 weeks past the worst case delivery date. Already had one function in the cold. Probably having another this week too. 4 day delivery guarantee is not real. package is still not here. delivery company can't refund costs of postage.
