4 out of 5 snails were DOA. I contacted seller many times and he didn't put any effort to resolve the issue. To be fair, the snails came very well packaged. If you want to experience lack of communication, then buy from this seller.

Seller sent FAQs that said they ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and occasionally Wednesdays. After 10 days, I reached out and got a short reply that said "Shipping today, I generally ship on Tuesdays."
Once they finally shipped they arrived quickly. Only 1 out of 10 DOA, and 1 was a Tiger, not Zebra but overall healthy and ok size considering the decent price and free shipping.
