1. I ordered the item on the 23 Oct, 2023 and was advised it was posted. I needed the item urgently!
2. Several days later was advised that it wasn't available (even though you said it was posted)
3. The difference between the items $19.20 ($68.80 - $49.60) not $13.90
4. you won't tell me when I will have the item you just say "We will refund you after the package is shipped to you"
