Seller sent me generic parts when listing was for (expensive) name-brand parts. I messaged seller to get this resolved but never received a response back. I eventually initiated a return through eBay. The seller did not issue a refund after the return was delivered. eBay stepped in to issue a refund after 3 days of no communication.
Packaging and shipping were great and despite items being incorrect their condition was good. Communication was non-existent.

Having bought 3 separate items from the seller they assured me they’d refund the difference in postage which was about $45. They sent one package economy and never refunded me the difference so I will be seeking a refund through eBay for the items as I want my money back. Atrocious communication just ignores every email which is a shame as the quality of the products are excellent, it’s the principle for me. They said they’d refund me & didn’t which is ignorant. Spend your money elsewhere
