Also our nets have much larger spread, which means more material. So this particular feedback (among thousands of positive ones) was very surprising. We asked the customer to explain what he hadn't liked about the mesh, but received no reply. There are nets on the market, which are made of thinner mesh and have smaller spread. Such nets won't catch as much and won't be as durable, but maybe he was expecting one of those.
