I always thought pulleys with all ball bearings (no mere bushings) would help reduce drag, and now there are bike-weenie engineering drag reports that prove it. Especially once they are dirty. These are fantastically free-spinning, and the seals are worth the price of admission. Grit is much less likely to get in and as well, a lighter lube (I use a light oil) is much less likely to seep out. Awesome.

Had too much play develop in my derailleur pulleys so time to replace them. These came fast and were a breeze to install. Just remember that the pulley with some side-to-side play in the bearings us the top pulley. Otherwise, now my derailleur shifts like new.
