    Batman as you have never experienced before, a hands down classic!

    This graphic novel is one of the best that I have read. Now I can understand why this particular novel is regarded as a classic. The illustration art is Frank Miller at his best and the story telling is pure genius. This novel is for the adult reader and is NOT your average and expected Saturday morning cartoon version of Batman that we have known and become accustomed to. The characters are somewhat very realistic in nature. The Joker for example,is portrayed as a sadistic and ruthless killer not like the clown we have known him to be but rather a cold and calculated murderer.The way that true Batman fanatics would expect. The story in itself is a violent one but classic in it's own right. It grips the reader's attention throughout the entire book and and does not disappoint. ...

    The Dark Knight Returns by Frank Miller

    This book is a very well writen and drawn piece of art. The story of a Batman in his 50s who come back to fight when his city needs him most is moving, as the story shows that Bruce Wayne tried to live a normal life, but could never give up the life, Frank Miller's best work and a must read for both comic fans and Batman fans.

    It was a little slow to arrive and the cover was worn like you said but i knew that when buying it. I'm stoked to read it.
