It had to be ordered from somewhere else, and took a long time. This is deceiving and shouldn't be permitted. It took so long, that I was about to open a dispute case. We have a 5 business days handling time on all of our radio listings. It did take 3 extra days to ship out. these are special order radios and are modified to fit a specific vehicle make, model, & year original dash openings. This is done by the manufacturer when we process the order, they bench test the radio and ship it to our customer. During busy times of the year (summer and Christmas) the handing times are longer

Seller lists items that they don't have in stock total waste of time waiting for something I was not going to receive. The kick panels WERE shipped out via FedEx but apparently were never scanned. I opened a case with FedEx but was denied because of course they never showed scanned. So to make things right we were shipping out another pair of kick panels this time with UPS. I explained that another pair was being sent but the buyer decided to get a refund and slam us on our feedback instead. We truly tried to make things right.
