IT is exactly the same design!: There are two sizes, kiddies bike, or BMX. 3mm dia, difference, between them. This is the former. There is a tube, 'spacer' , interposed between the two bearings. The bike I have to do, has that. Missing, so, someone has tried to do that job, with that tube piece, missing. That is what caused it to fail it's rider. I 've access to another, same design, with tube, still in. Pedals are rusted-in.Blow-lamp!
