The only caution I would give about it is that it is thicker than the OEM seal due to a ridge on the outer face and a sort of flange on the outer edge. For this reason it would not press in as far as the original and so I had to space the chain sprocket outward using an o-ring. Otherwise it is nice and seems to do the trick.
