Advertised as new, was poorly packaged and product was damaged. Initially the seller was happy to help and provided two options that suited them, 1. Slight discount and 2. Pay for postage for a refund then be reimbursed postage. Postage from AUS to UK is expensive so messaged seller for an alternative and was ghosted. Have sent several messages and been ignored since. I’ve been professional and courteous in all communications, seller has flaked. Don’t buy if you want a new product.

    Best result ever

    I've tried several DIY eyebrow tinting products with no luck, so this one made me very happy. It worked exactly as it promised and included simple instructions and a really good applicator. On my first attempt, the result was even better than I've had from salons, and easily dealt with the occasional grey hairs that are now appearing in my eyebrows. I can't comment on how long it will last as I wanted to review it straight away. Nor can I verify how many applications I'll get out of one kit, but I really didn't need to use much to get a fantastic result. I'm 100% sold on this product. Thanks!
