First class service from the supplier and the staff. left my order to the last minute (just weeks before Xmas ) and they made sure the owl arrived in time. Good communication throughout Owl arrived well boxed and protected / intact and exactly as per the pictures they sent, Massive bird, full size and well made with exacting detail and colour. Not the cheapest out there but you will not be disappointed I highly recommend.
