However, the screws and bolts to assemble the item were all missing. Contacted the seller straight away, sent pictures of the instructions to confirm the parts, and asked for the missing parts to be sent via Express post as I'd already waited a week for delivery. They ignored that request, sent via snail mail, and sent the wrong parts. Ended up going to the hardware store myself.

I thoroughly recommend this item. So too the seller for accomplishing a smooth as possible transaction. The goods had to be transported by courier for a long distance. This is not a small or lightweight item by any measure. While the outer covering box had clearly scrapes, the items inside were very well protected. Thanks for the attention to detail.

I sent a message to say that the solar panel was shattered. I received a response back within 20 minutes, and I was offered a refund or another solar panel sent out. I wanted another solar panel.
