This printer has amazingly good print quality and was very affordable, however, I am so tech challenged it was very difficult for me to set up and start using it. There were scant and vague instructions that came with it and trying to find the instructions on the internet was next to impossible. In fact I never did find set up instructions for my specific model so I followed instructions for a similar model. It would be nice to have a users manual (for us dummies) included inside the box with the printer.

Does not work out of the box. I'm old school, and have had several HP printers (with cable) that did work immediately. Jump to the year 2020, wifi everything, and nothing works. I still don't know if the wifi on this printer works, simply because for days, every time I tried to start it with wifi, I got errors saying to PLUG IN THE USB CABLE for setup. They don't include the printer cable. I had to wait a week to get my own cable, and of course it works now. And, I'm not taking the cord off to see if the wifi works. Why push your luck?

This printer was very easy to set up and use. The quality of the prints was better than expected for a device of this price. The only issue encountered was that the feed rollers would occasionally double feed or chew up the edge of paper if more than a certain number of sheets were in que.

great picture very clear type. however be sure to use the disk safe yourself the problem of...alert, you have a virus, computer lock up-call this 1-800 number. DO NOT DO THAT! that's SCAM-A-RU-NEE!!! YA GET ME! i hope this gets posted to let others know, when you buy this product...please use the INCLUDED disk for installing to you'r computer. other than that little bug, this printer is great, the price is awesome. the value already paid for its self. USE THE DISK INCLUDED!!! can not stress that enough. oh and remember to set your computers "print" to match the "name" of this printer. we had to click "see other" listed right below the box that says "hp printer" or "mac printer".

Very easy to use. Fast set up using the c d. Print quality is great. Works great. The value is perfect also great price. I would buy it again. The changing of ink is very simple,you just need to scan the print out and you are all done.
