    They make you believe you are getting the original remote control for that model except they sent you a dodgy one that has been set for this model. The important buttons dont align and for the important functions you have to press Shift first and then have to press another button. It is nothing like the original. Decptive advertising so beware.

    Original remote for machine.

    No programming required - just battery. It is the original remote for the particular machine so works perfectly. I didnt think i was going to be able to get another original, so purchased another compatible one. I left the search on ebay just in case one came up and it did.

    it works ok when using on AV but can not use the open and close on HDMI

    I ie a bit different than the original remote but once you get use to it it is ok only thing that I found that it would not open and close the DVD door when using the player in HDMI mode
