Fits like a glove on my savage 21 with the 5.9 big block! no more skin burns with that annoying pull start! mine has the inner crank one way bearing but thankfully i had a compatible hexagone head shaft in stock. note that the stock pull start hexagone head shaft is not the same size and will not fit with this backplate kit. hope this helps, cheers :)
