Great icing, light and fluffy!
I love this product! No one in my town carries this icing. I had used it for years in the past, and all of a sudden it cannot be found. Well, I found it on e-bay, it came in right in time for my birthday...and went in the kitchen and baked my own dark chocolate cake with my Fluffy White Icing! What a hit, my grandkids had not tasted this icing. The cake didn't last a day at my house! It is light, fluffy and delicious. Very old fashioned and I will be ordering more of this icing. For those who don't want all the heavy icing with shortening in it....this is the one for you. It will not keep for long, you want to eat it within a day or two, so easy, just add some boiling water, whip it up with your mixer until it stiffens up for spreading in the cake or cupcakes, and enjoy!
