I've been dragging my table saw around my garage for years ,what a difference this mobile base makes ! Should have purchased this base along time ago . Assembly was very easy and the base is very sturdy .When I decided to buy the base I thought the price was kinda high ,but after using the base it was well worth it .Makes my life alot easier. I would recommend the base to anyone who has to drag their power tools in or out of their storage space . All good but the plastic cams
This is a nice and inexpensive mobile base, but I wonder about the 500 pound rating. I have it beneath a machine that weighs just under 300 pounds and it seems to be a strain on the plastic cam lifters when I use them to lift it for movement. And the bolt that the cam pivots around is only about 1/4 inch in diameter. Also one of the cams unlocked itself moving the machine just 20 feet. I'd be afraid to mount this base under a machine that weighed more than 300 pounds or that needs to be moved frequently.This is a nice and inexpensive mobile base, but I wonder about the 500 pound rating. Works great, good price for this tool base
Tool base was easy to assemble with a wide range of adjustment to fit a variety of tools. It is fitted to a table saw. This sits very firm with the locks up and it is easy to set locks down to roll the machine. Much, much better than the wheels that attach to machine legs. I will be purchasing more of these.
