I want to completely love this, but it arrived with two small scratches on the frame(which I repaired) and the remote is very difficult to use. Otherwise, beautiful screen quality and a nice replacement for my 12 y.o. frame!

The best feature of this digital frame is the viewing angle. Roughly 160° being able to view from the side. Several other models I have tried require you be directly in front to have a clear view.

My son gave me an Insignia digital photo frame for Christmas several years ago and it was accidentally broken. I searched everywhere for another one so he wouldn't find out and the model has been discontinued. This one was Open Box and had been used but still works beautifully and the remote hadn't even been used before; was still in it's sealed package. Best digital frame I've ever seen with a large wide-screen and lovely wooden frame. So easy and basic to use. Absolutely thrilled to find this one!

Overall very poor quality, feels like a child's toy. It has many features, but the cheap quality makes it difficult to maneuver,many of the photos could not be played, I kept getting a ? ( question mark). Yes, all the photos were JPEG. You can't delete the companies factory photos that are uploaded in the frame; you can't upload /store your own photos. Yes, it is stylish, however very cheap quality.
