Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    It is ok but prefer the turn Dial

    I have owned a Waterbed for 30 years and have always had the turn Dial type. I needed a new heater so i decided to try this Digital style one. 2 things i don't like about it. It is constantly flashing because the second the bed comes off that temp it will flash to let you know it needs to reach the temp again and it will flash until it does. the other thing is that it is really bright. so in a dark room you are going to have a bright red digital light and it probably will be flashing ALOT. But on a positive note it does heat the bed well and is well made

    Set up so easy and digital read out are an up grade to our old Water Bed Heater

    The InnoMax Thermal Guardian Touch Solid State Waterbed Heater USA made and the digital read out is a big improvement from our old heater that had a desired temp dial, but you never knew if it was accurate. Very easy to install the directions are on the heater pad and also included paper directions. Very fast shipping and the best price around.
