I am new to buying off EBay. I accidentally chose ‘local pickup’ before realising that there was not a postal option. Within half an hour of realising, I wrote to the buyer asking for a refund. I didn’t get a response. I tried again a few days later and still no response. I filled out the form for a refund and it was ‘denied’ stating that it had already been sent, which didn’t make sense. I needed to contact EBay to explain what happened, in a hope to get a refund.

Item description says "Condition: Opened – never used" but there are four holes drilled in the base. The one I am replacing has no holes. WTF??

It was opened and drilled by the technician installing it. We decided not to use it after he installed it and replaced it with a different modem. The modem was opened and connected for 1 day.
