"Our Cloud" not a standalone solution.
This product was a marketing exercise gone wrong. The product is not standalone and if not connected to the Internet will not have the same functions as a true Independent cloud system. . Should have been call. "Our cloud" ... Not "my cloud" ! Naturally all you usage stat's go to help them develop a better product.... . I think the lack of sales and high return rate should be a good start that most my cloud users won't want this kind of product. Change the interface to be standalone or offer it as an upgrade option.... . Otherwise return it for something better.

Does what it is marketed to do BUT....
It does what is marketed to do, needing multiple apps to operate its functionality. it does work, how ever it lacks a few basic requirements e.g. being able to export data from its USB port to say a flash drive. You can only import data through the port e.g. photos from a USB card. the WD discovery program for PC's only works on 64 bit machines.
