Just before I purchased this book, "The very impatient caterpillar", I messaged the seller in regards to it being a hardback or paperback book, and got an instant reply. After purchase, dispatch and delivery were prompt and item received as described. Saved seller, will most likely order from them again.

First the positives, good item, well packaged and good price, buyers communication was excellent. Negatives, bought the item on 22nd March, was not received by the courier until 6th April, and rec'd by me on the 8th. Seller blamed the courier, however there are lots of reviews like this, so I would probably avoid using them in the future, as other items using the same courier arrived far quicker.

Took over a week to for the item to be posted. When questioned was told courier had already collected it. Couldn't have has tracking didn't update for a week and said we're waiting to receive your parcel. Once received the delivery was only a couple of day's. The packaging was absolutely awful all ripped to pieces. Pictures added. Luckily nothing was damaged!
