arrived exactly as described and beautifully packaged with bubblewrap to protect it from damage. One caveat for anyone considering buying this: the lower half is MOLDED plastic ie not a flat surface: this means that litter etc falls into the dips. (I don t know whether this is the norm or not: I d been expecting the floor to be level, but that might simply be my inexperience). The clips are also molded, slotting into each other, rather than actual clips which could get lost

    Great Product exceeded my expectations. Very good quality for the price and not at all flimsy. Feels very sturdy and hard wearing. You never know with eBay products but I’m thoroughly pleased. We have left the flap up as we have a kitten and want him to get used to using it, so great option for new little bundles of joy 🥰💞

    Excellent value for money.

    The tray is deep so that you can put a good depth of litter in it and the cats can bury their deposits! The swing door is light and easy for kittens or elderly cats to use. It's nice looking and doesn't look out of place in the home. This product is excellent value for money.

    Not recommended.

    This cat litter box has one flaw, the indentations for the feet fill with wet deposits making it impossible to scoop out daily. The bottom should be smooth.
