They sent the saw I also purchased and pole in two separate boxes but due to the abysmal service provided by the Australian Post Office only one package was received. Again Toolstorm stepped in and rectified the problem on my behalf. Amazing customer service, and I am very happy with the products I purchased. Congratulations and thank you.
