    From when I ordered it to when it arrived was about 8 days. 4 new 12" clamps for $84.83 total or $21.21 each. Reasonable price considering shipping. Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    Great Cup for Working People

    As a substitute teacher, I have to carry my hot drink with me into other people's work areas, so I need a trustworthy cup, one that will keep my liquid inside, not accidentally pill on someone's valuable papers. As a campground host I appreciated this cup's shape because it is designed to STAY where you sit it...even if that is on your rear bumper while you clean a campsite. This cup will not tip over or fall off or wander around like other drink vessels.

    Works as a sippy cup but not as a thermal cup

    Overall it is not a bad cup except it doesn't keep my coffee hot for very long, My coffee stays hot slightly longer than if I had it in an open cup. So, I use it as a sippy cup because of the wide base it doesn't knock over as easily. I would not buy this cup for its thermal retention.
