I received 100mt of 3 mm rope and when I was supposed to change my old one i discovered that wasn’t 3 mm but 2.5 mm . I contact the seller and he refuse to gave me a partial refund or a code to use with Australian post to send back the item because he was blame me to pull the rope while I was taking a photo of my vernier show him the real thickness of what he was selling .
