Paid an extra $15 for express shipping and they didn’t send the item from the warehouse for 8 days. The only information I had about the ‘delay’ was that of what I had chased myself. I didn’t receive any information unless I followed it up. It really felt like they didn’t have this product in stock and waited for it to come in but still charging the customer and express fee. 8 days handling and 4 days delivery is some of the worst ‘express’ shipping service I’ve received on eBay to date.

The sprockets were a good price definitely no complaint there, however their postage time was not was advertised. I paid on the Monday, by the Friday still had not been posted. By the following Monday was on its way. I was advised it takes 3 days to process order. It took 5 days and a message to send. If your going to advertise quick despatch then I feel you should stick to it.
