I ordered Goose Down 5" and what was sent was DUCK down 3" which is a much lower quality and also much cheaper. They want me to pack the inflated mattress and send it back in order to get a return. This is after many communications and denial on their part. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I do not recommend this company. No trust.
