Super friendly, great communication, shipped immediately, and item as described. My only complaint was the packaging was a bit inadequate. It should have been shipped in a bigger box to protect it, especially when you charge $15 for shipping. Instead, it was shoved into a USPS priority mail box that it didn't fit into (see photo where it is bulging out the side of the box), so needless to say, the toy box was a bit smashed on arrival, which is uncool for collectors like me.

Not entirely negative. I ordered a Mega Bloks Halo Covenant Phantom set. The set arrived very poorly packaged, and was missing multiple pieces even though it was listed as fully complete. However, this seller was understanding about my return request and it has been sent back. I made sure to package the set properly, so hopefully they can see a good example and not make the same mistake.
