    A good brand if you are looking these kind of products....

    I always trust Now Foods to provide a good product, and I get other products besides the glucomannan, such as the inulin. When I need a health supplement I look to Now Foods first. For the most part they are competitively priced.

    i take it 1hr before meals, w extra water, it fills me up to where I have to make myself eat a hard boiled egg or fruit just to get something in. It definitely cut my caloric intake and I take 2 phsylliums at bedtime. love it no appetite suppressant needed here.
