Then in sellers words they accidentally refunded purchase even though it was an exchange for the size ordered - a lot of hassle returning that refund this again due to very poor communication and in my view poor customer service. With this and shipping costs being expensive if purchasing multiple items I would not recommend this seller.

But I live in the US so I can’t complain about it as these blanks aren’t readily available on this side of the pond and international shipping takes time. Top notch service and blanks were exactly as shown and cut just fine. My customer had to wait a while but was pleased as they thought they would never get extras.
