Item came exactly as described, looks brand new!! They even included a beautiful clear case and iPod headphones! Customer service was absolutely amazing!! The first iPod Classic 160 GB that was sent had an issue- the seller immediately sent me a new one within a couple of days with a prepaid shipping label to return the faulty iPod.
I had to restore the new iPod through iTunes/MacBook Pro and everything is working great so far (entire library synced and battery life is holding).

Got this for Christmas and took a couple weeks to put it through its paces. Shipping was on time. iPod looks and works basically like new. There’s a tiny chip in the screen. Charges, syncs, plays well. Only negative is that the click wheel is a little slow to respond, takes a few seconds to acknowledge me but then works normally until I put it down. Overall really nice product
