      Mostly 'armless! Great value for good design

      Wonderful! Finally some comfort and the height to reach my work bench. Relatively easy to put together. The fold up arm rests are handy in a work environment, if you're reaching, passing etc. My favorite feature is the recline function though, as it allows me to ponder and relax a little. Cheers for a good product and hassle free ordering and delivery.

      Ok but hard to assemble/not the best recliner

      I'm glad I had a friend with a builder's mind to assemble it, especially with the sketchy instructions that come with it. Only after I claimed it was faulty did I get decent instructions which enabled him to make the adjustment needed to get it reclining. The chair is ok but nothing to shout about. Am not too impressed with the difficulty in getting it to recline and then the lack of degree of recline. Arrived with damage to the outer carton and one of the arms, which I am hoping will be replaced.

      Comfortable and well made, but NOT a Drafting chair.

      The Chair is comfortable and good to see the steel legs, but it is NOT a Drafting chair, its is mostly my fault as I should of made sure the hight was the same as my old one, please remove the word drafting chair as it is not tall enough for this purpose.

      Lemon.

      The quality is poor.The workmanship as well.Chair looks like you made it in your garage.Back support can not be inclined up enough.Massage is only week pulsing and not effective. I will never buy another product of similar nature on the Net. Sorry.
