The item was of poor quality and a return was agreed. However, after a 4 week delay, I’ve still not received any refund because the Seller falsely alleges that I didn’t mark it as a “Return” on the shipping label despite photographic proof to the contrary. The Seller's behaviour is unprofessional.

Il cinturino Made in Italy di elevata qualità e pregio. Ero in vacanza come dichiarato su ebay, per 2 settimane non ho potuto ritirare la raccomandata di ritorno. Ho risarcito l'acquirente e chiuso la pratica di restituzione in 1 giorno dal mio ritorno.
