Trico wiper motor conversion kit
Decent brand and easy to fit , one very minor issue is the washer jet when aimed correctly just catches the wiper arm cover and stops it hitting the screen as a jet of water but more of a mist , still clears the screen though 👍

Almost perfect…
This is an almost perfect replacement for the flawed Trico version. Mostly genuine Valeo parts plus bits and bobs. It is easy to fit - just remember to clean around the windscreen hole and fit the grommet before proceeding. The only issue is with the wiper arm cap - if you locate the two pins, the cap does not click over the arm and if you leave it like this the washer jet hits the cover and dribbles. You have to file a bit off the end of the arm to allow the cap to click into place - then the jet is unobstructed and hits the windscreen perfectly. This is an almost perfect replacement for the flawed Trico version. Mostly genuine Valeo parts plus bits and bobs. Perfect conversion kit for old trico motor.
Kit comes with all the components needed except for the nut that holds the wiper in, so don't lose the one you already have. It is a straight forward installation - out comes the old motor and in goes the new reliable one. Took me around 10-15 min to swap everything. Just remember to fit the new grommet in first and then the motor ;)
