Anscheinend ist dieser Laden nicht in der Lage, das Paket an die richtige Adresse zu senden bzw. das Adresslabel richtig zu bedrucken(Man hat versucht, auf Paketband zu drucken) Erst bei mehrmaliger Nachfrage kam eine Rückmeldung. Dann noch so frech sein und mir das in die Schuhe schieben. Extrem schlechter Kundenservice..eine einfache Entschuldigung hätte gereicht, allerdings kann man sowas von diesem Anbieter nicht erwarten..würde nie wieder dort was kaufen..

The seller did not include the proper documentation for customs declaration. On my receipt, the seller omitted the customs fee I clearly paid for during my purchase process on eBay. I was charged customs fees again when my package arrived. In addition the customs also charged me for processing fees. So I paid the import fees twice!!!!!! Not happy at all. I had to go through many different channels to get my money refunded for the extra customs paid. The customs processing fee was lost for good!
