The boots I ordered were defective. The backside stitching wasn't done right so the back of the boot wouldn't straighten out. I contacted the seller and was told they would inspect the boots upon return before my return would be issued. I guess they agreed with me that the boots were messed up because they gave me my money back, but there was zero communication from them after saying they had to inspect my return. They didn't let me know at any time that my return was accepted or processed.
