First, I ordered what is described as brown gold shadow. On me, it is a beautiful rose gold, perfect for the eye lid color. Secondly, this seller went over and above. My first delivery had all the packaging but someone from the postal service had cut open the bottom of the package and the little plastic bag, and had removed the eye shadow. When I contacted the seller with pics, she immediately sent a replacement even though she was not at fault. I highly recommend this seller and this product.
