The item itself is easy to install, the weight is alright for a lady to carry and move around freely, the size is just right to fit in a 1.5m wide office table and still have a lot of space for other essentials, and I t has a lot of surface area too. However, the postage time is a bit longer than the last time we purchased the same model. It might because of the peak sales season of the year, but we expected the seller to give a notification or email to tell us how it goes after a certain time.

The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
