This item was advertised as having free postage. I selected and paid for next-day courier delivery at an additional cost of £9. The item arrived 8 days later by ordinary post. I have sent several messages over a period of weeks to the seller asking for the £9 to be refunded. They have not addressed the issue, admitted any fault, apologised or refunded my money. I will never use this seller again and do not recommend them.

    ECOtec 831 hinge

    The product is an official Vaillant item, and fitted with no issues, the only difference is that it doesn't have the bit at the front to hold the name plate.
