Item sent with cuts in blister packaging indicating having been removed previously. Was meant as gift and made the whole experience questionable. Appeared dirty and used? Sellers claim it was sticky taped together to fit into plastic bag for shipping. Was offered refund at my cost for shipping. I didn't send back, kept it for myself and repurchased from elsewhere.
