I bought the wrong item by mistake and called Ridge Living to organise a return. They were extremely helpful and although they did not stock the item I required they put me in the right direction so I could get the right part that fitted my bike. Considering they refunded after buying the wrong item and then spending the time with me to get the right item I think that is service that you dont get very often these days and if I could give them 6 stars I would.
