    This seller acted in good faith and this garment was on my USPS Informed Delivery for July 21, 2025. UNFORTUNATELY, USPS THEFT is rampant. New scam is carriers must scan the bar code on packages which geo locates the delivery BUT there are no trackers so the carrier puts the package back in his bag and out the door they go. FOUR EBay packages disappeared on July 21, 2025. There is nothing USPS can do because the system shows it was delivered. Amazon-FedEx-UPS deliver flawlessly.
